What is Maxmaa?
Maxmaa is an online platform where you can shop Mobiles, Electronics, Home appliances, Furniture, Groceries, Fruits, Vegetables and Meat on click of a button. You place an order through Maxmaa and our Franchisee will process and deliver your order.
How can I place a order online?
You can place the order through mobile app (Android/iOS) or web app (www.maxmaa.com).
What is the minimum amount to place an order?
Minimum order amount is ₹500.
Is there any delivery charge?
No. We delivery products to your home FREE of cost.
Who delivers the order?
Our Franchisee in respective cities will deliver your order.
Can I choose my convenient delivery time?
Sure. We have four delivery batches in a day (07 am - 11 am, 11 am - 3 pm, 3 pm - 7 pm). You can select a batch as per your convenience.
I would like to get my order delivered ASAP. Is it possible?
Yes. You can select for Express Delivery option while making payment. For you kind information, Express Delivery orders are charged ₹49 and delivered in 2 hours (within the city limits & subject to availability of resources).
What are the different payment options available?
Maxmaa offers an array of payment options, both online and offline.
Offline payment includes Cash on Delivery & Card payment. Online payment includes NetBanking, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI & Wallet (MobiKwik, Payzapp, PayUmoney, Olamoney, Airtel money, Freecharge).
International cards are not accepted.
